I find this line interesting:
"to recover the shares we believe we are owed and damages against multiple parties, one of which is EMA."

Did other lenders do VYST wrong? This could turn into a long, drawn out affair, but could be very good for us in the end and maybe reduce the share count alot before any buyback actually happens.
