Let me lay the FACTS out for you REAL SLOWLY
* current market cap $2.7 million
* merging entity worth over $60 million with a minimum $10 million in revs and a minimum $50 million in assets
* clean balance sheet which you'll never find in the OTC no debt no liabilities thus nothin to slow LEAS down on it move to its new true market value (at the least a $50 million market cap)
* virtually zero dilution as $25k is a drop in the bucket, investors and traders always react to this amazing catalyst knowing there's nothing out there to worry about
* company and IR are handling this beyond professionally, timely, and responsibly this is one heck of a legit company coming in
* LEAS traded well over $1 million dollars twice last week just off a tweet with technically still being a defunct shell now that filings are out legitimizing everything they've said how much more massive has this stock just become undoubtedly $3+ million dollars will be desperately trying to load LEAS under .01 now IMHO after already seeing $3 million flood in off a tweet
* the chart is absolutely set up perfectly with ZERO points of resistance higher up (from trading years back) so once .01 breaks it's blue skies to .25, also the accumulation is at all time highs with the entire float trading over .003 the last week
new higher base with plenty of longs who know where this is heading
* much much more but that is good for now
