I think CyberKey may be picking up some cheap shares this morning. Remember, they know when the next PR will be out and what will be in it! It only stands to reason that they would inflict a little buying pressure prior to a run and reduce the float at the same time while maximizing the buyback potential. A million dollars is a lot of shares!
