Date for accelerated filer is March 18, but IMO ARYC is not an accelerated filer, so their due date for the 2018 10-K would be April 1

"the determination of your public float (for filing status) is calculated as of the last business day of the most recently completed second fiscal quarter, or June 30 for companies with a calendar fiscal year"

When was the "most recently completed second fiscal quarter" (Jun 30) for ARYC since they haven't filed anything in 3 years?

But in any event they haven't had $75MM market cap on any June 30 in their history to qualify as an accelerated filer. This coming June 30 may be a different story and may put them in that category. But for now they are a non-accelerated filer.

Regarding you other question, Mark is not saying ahead of schedule anymore. He's now saying on schedule. So (knowing how ARYC operates) if the filing is going to happen this quarter, it will be at the last possible date/minute of March.
