There is no 'William', his first name is Bahige, Bahij, Basir, Bahije, or Bassam - or any of several other variations he uses on filings and documents to make it very hard to do a computer name search on him to find all his shenanigans/crimes.

He does the same with his last name. You can find him signing documents as Chaaban, Shabaan, Chadan, Chaban, Chabaan, Shaaban, Shaddan, and several other spelling variants.

When this issue was raised he has stated 'well, my signature varies sometimes' - which as an alleged lawyer, he should know is illegal to do on legal documents. You only have one legal name at a time.

In addition to making computer records name searching difficult for him, it also gives him a basis to claim 'that's not my signature - it's a forgery - see it doesn't even have my correct name'.

That's how much of a criminole weasel Bahige/Bahij/Basir/etc. "Bill" Chaaban/Shaadan/Chabaan/Chadan/Chardan is.

Oh, and there was never a bona fide intention of growing any weed. The building was designed and constructed to be Cousin Jim's movie studio from the start. That's why it was built on Cousin Jim's land, because it is black letter law that the property (land) owner owns all the fixtures (e.g., improvements like buildings, fences, driveways, electricity hub, wells, sewage lines, etc.) regardless of who paid for them (which in this case was the FITX shareholder-victims, as was the plan all along).
