Appreciate your posts with both opinions and conclusions based mainly on facts.

Most of my own dd has been from links you and others have provided. I have posted a little of my own dd without trying to draw too many conclusions. I like to leave that to the reader. Saves a lot of wasted arguing time (LOL).

One last important piece of my puzzle is shc's Plan of Reorganization (POR). Is there a date certain (deadline) by which this Plan needs to be filed? Without searching the entire docket, I don't know if this has been decided or not. If it has, perhaps you could just refer me to a docket number. I can do the rest myself.
