That is just an amendment so the company can do a R/S in the future if they elect to. There is no "Effective Date". It is also not on the Daily List or in a Press Release.

Speculation would suggest they would do a small R/S if they can not organically raise the PPS to 64 cents. That is the price people paid Pre IPO... I have also heard from a Poster on this board the CEO will not do a R/S unless they have some major acquisition to merge in. Either scenario is friendly. This is not some 10 Billion O/S POS that will dump shares on us. Thank Goodness.
