I think it is much less risky to buy after the PPS drifts south post-r/s. Why buy now only to watch your equity value wither away over the next 30 days. Makes no sense whatsoever.

They are R/Sing for the sole purpose of raising capital by diluting. I doubt that they will be able to keep the PPS > $1 for any extended period of time, so in a few months they will be right back in the same pickle they are in today. The R/S is just a bandaid to buy them time. My guess is that this time they will find a way line their personal wallets because the end is near IMO.
