In the mild to moderate you have accompanies attempting to slow the decline but none who claim to reverse cognition. If anything new gets approval (once again none with near term expected readouts) then some of those may hope to start a trial that would allow you to take even before the signs of alzheimer's as a preventative measure. Now that's a long, expensive, and uncertain process...likely why current stand of care doesn't even attempt. If you read in the 10k its mentioned a couple times that our hypothesis could be used to potentially prevent memory issues which is why Dr Alkon's pkce diagnostic tool could come into play but taking as a preventative measure would be down the road to any of the companies IMO.
