Its all for nothing because you have all lost sight of what is important.
The company must first survive and grow or its all for nothing. Who cares what portion of the company you own if it goes belly up.
The very last step in a company is returning dividends to the share holder. That can and will be addressed when the company is successful, The hyping of the word dilution is just to scare the investor, and there is no reason to do that except for the people that are shorting the stock.
When the Fish speaks, people listen!
