Benjamin Franklin once said, “To succeed, jump as quickly at opportunities, as you do at conclusions.” Early last week, we were blessed with an opportunity that would make drawing those conclusions a lot easier.

If you have been in the public squalor, they call the “OTC” for any amount of time, you know that it can be a nightmare and a wet dream in the same sleep cycle. Ups, downs, grins, frowns, highs, lows, ebbs flows, and a symbiotic relationship with disorientation only begins to summarize it. The chances of finding something before the rest of the market is about as rare as AOC creating jobs. It just doesn’t happen. Everyone reading this has found this stock in one way or another, and if you own shares, I want you to take a few minutes and thank your God. Whomever that may be. Jesus, Buddha, Zeus, John Stamos, I don’t care who it is just thank someone. Here’s why;

Most penny stock CEO’s are planted to dilute shareholders bones to dust. They pump the price up to sell shares into the market and enrich their lending cronies. Seen it a billion times. They typically GAG the TA in order to hide the dilution or find some other back door to wriggle through. I have never found a stock trading at this price that has REDUCED the OS significantly and it may be the last time I ever do. Oh wait, did I mention this hasn’t even been released to the general public yet? I think that might be a key factor here. You might be asking yourself, how could a company reduce their OS if they are pre-revenue? I can’t be sure of this, but I’m leaning towards, the company has generated enough cash flow recently to buy back shares.

Don’t be fooled by the most recent filing that shows no revenue. That was BEFORE they acquired Algae World. Remember, Algae World and its subsidiaries are projected to collect 5 mil by Q2 2019.

keep in mind, either way you slice it, the solitary reason a company would drastically reduce the OS is to exceedingly increase shareholder value. I’m a shareholder, are you?

In lieu of the boring stuff, lets plunge into the company itself and how they will generate, the ten million in revenue.

Algae World is the key KYNC acquisition. They could be the catalyst for revenue growth.

As many of us already know, AW was acquired last October. The price spiked to .13 on that news. Os was at 1.7b back then. Now its at 590m. Do the math.

A company that’s has been selling expensive mineral pills to the elite for 50 years sounds good to me! Can’t stay in business that long without a stellar product!

CBD WATER AND SODA IS A HUGE BUZZ PRODUCT.

In conclusion, KYNC is set up for a massive few months. Upcoming catalysts include and are not limited to the following;

1. Share retirement (already happened behind the scene)
2. Debt retirement (most likely included in OS reduction PR this week)
3. Acquisitions and joint ventures (at least one before end of Q1 as stated by the company)
4. Financial filings (the annual is due EOM and Q1 shortly thereafter)
5. Shell risk removed.

That list is only what I can predict at the moment. I’m sure there will be undiscovered developments this month as well.

I must say, this is the most intriguing situation I have ever encountered in the OTC, so I’ll leave you with this.

There is a difference in knowing the path and walking the path. I’m trying to guide your steps, but I can only show you the door, you’re the one that must walk through it.
