Just a reminder that, even if you own HOLDCO does not automatically give you any tradable stock in the company.

They need to apply for registration and also a CUSIP and so far, there are no filings.

What Eddie and ESL have is Common Shares of SHLD(q).

The very same stock that we hold...

So if you can prove that they own a different stock other than SHLD(Q), then please show us the symbol and CUSIP number.
