With all do respect I just don't understand why you keep posting about dilution. Can you please supply a link to this information.
Recent filings say different,. the deal with the angel is no dilution until the loan to VRUS is repaid...My DD says VRUS can't delete until the angel investor/partner Garnock is paid off which won't be until this November...So do you mean we will have dilution in November?
