There are thousands of companies behind on their filings, they don't get delisted nor is management arrested. They are known as "pink sheet" companies.

What is a certified assay? Our QP is an independent 3rd party who has run these assays under chain of custody. He went to the mine and collected the samples, and only he and the lab technicians have touched the ore.

No one here will believe anything until contracts are signed, so arguing the details is pointless.
