You guys,

I have 50K of private offering at $2.20. They/we must get Frank off the board. As long as he is there and privy to all communication with buyers, he will and has done everything in his power to upset the deal. My broker says he has spoken to Don on several occasions (cell phone), he is very optomistic but discouraged by the antics of a few of the Frankites who constantly deride him. When all is done, I think he would welcome a new CEO. No one should have to endure the lambasting he has. I will talk to the two Peters and Steve about coming over here. Hopefully the (rages) won't follow!
