I don’t know if what was posted constitutes “strong evidence” or not but I understand the dots that are being connected on that point. Time will tell if it’s true, I certainly hope it turns out to be a large settlement. I have a difficult time seeing it be some lowball number, because you otherwise just bury them at trial and win a more substantial judgment. I do think it is going to be a number that will make longs happy but that is just my speculation, I don’t have any inside info.
