As I understand it, SIPC’s current beers do not contain CBD, only hemp. They are contemplating a CBD version.

It doesn’t really matter anyway, because if CBD regulation is supposedly “on-hold”, how is Charlotte’s Web and CVSI currently selling it nationwide all across the US?
