that's exactly it ..simply put

LEAS as of this moment

-an attorney letter away from being Pink Current
-clean balance sheet (25K debt which means 0 debt to investors)
-752 mill O/S 639 mill unrestricted S/S w/ no threat of dilution
-50 mill assest 10 mill revs merger on the way per CEO (which I'm willing to bet was rounded down) to be announced once Pink Current
-.0935 book value not even considering PR's from new company

closed @ .0036 on Friday

all of this combined is VERY VERY RARE on the OTC
