The note was paid last month. is the reason why the volume was so high and the share price drop drastically. $5 million is not much to pay when you have million of a/s to dilute with, and the share price almost $5 dollars a share before the big share price drop.

There are companies whom borrow $10th of millions with only $1 and $2 stock prices and send their share prices to pennies. the dump happen on February 26, 2019. The company should be releasing the shareholders a good press release with out diluting imo. I'm looking for the next share price to return back to the double digits. ER should put the share price much higher, because this 4th quarter revenue would be more than 5 times 2017 revenue. and share holder value will be higher.

We just have to wait on company to release more award contracts and other good news while waiting on them to release the 2018 earnings report. We do need news badly to help encourage shareholders not to give up. Some bought high in the $3 dollars and over $4 on the last press release only to see the share price drop drastic due to diluting to pay loan. many was stuck holding the bags. That revenue should turn into working cash by now.
