Mr. Ronald E. Hughes, also known as Ron, has been Chief Executive Officer and Director of Bell Buckle Holdings, Inc., since August 29, 2018. Mr. Hughes has been Chief Executive Officer, President, Director of Business Development and Treasurer at Avatar Ventures Corp. since February 22, 2017. Introduced to oil & gas investments in 1992 and contributing to the creation and growth of Maxwell Energy, Mr. Hughes assisted in assembling $100 million in oil & gas producing assets in Western Canada. From 1997 to 2001, he focused on equity trading and capital structure. Mr. Hughes served as a licensed Investment Advisor of Global Securities Inc. from 1997 to 2001 and provided oil & gas analysis to corporate finance. He has been a Director of TransAmerican Energy, Inc. since December 28, 2001. He has been a Director at Avatar Ventures Corp. since February 22, 2017. He has been a Director of Sino American Oil Company since February 11, 2010. He has been an Independent Director at Allante Resources Ltd. (formerly, Precision Enterprises Inc,) since June 19, 2006. He has been an Independent Director of Vision Quest Energy Group Inc. since May 19, 2009. He served as a Director of Dorex Minerals Inc. from April 5, 2011 to May 08, 2017. Mr. Hughes served as an Independent Director of Boss Gold International Corp. since November 14, 1996. Mr. Hughes finished studies of Resource Economics & Management at the University of Alberta in 1987.
