Is it possible that :

1. The only way left for Orie to get rid of the ‘single digit share holders’ if by R/S of 10-1? This way, no partial shares will be given out and the cash equivalent of the ‘single digit’ shares will be deposited in their accounts and bring the # of share holders to < 500?

2. After R/S, ticket change, acquisition of new co., increasing the Annual revenues by $7mil (plus what ever COHO is doing), Orie can set the pps of new ticker at a significantly higher price than the R/S? Thi would represent the true value of the new co.!

Just thinking.
