I'm sure he's got all that done already part of his DD, I know I would want it anyway, ya can't take on a million $ of debt, sure you might be able to quash some debt as scams are easy to decipher to a trained accountant, but this puppy seems to have been shelved for some reason or another. LoL...

the fact it's still open shows he still wants it, I am curious as to whether there is a waiting period for defendants rebuttal to the courts that he acknowledges the proposed acquisition of the shell, J. Sitra could be hiding out or dead for all we know, and we might have to wait until the clock runs out, can anyone confirm or counter this theory?
