"Good thoughts, Good words and Good deeds" by Zoroaster(Zarathustra), has been the foundation for all of the faiths and belief systems world wide for over 6000 years. Those words have kept us in peace with ourselves, with others and our surroundings. I found those three qualities in Thomas and that is why I invested in Zynex over a decade ago.
This offering looks like S-3 passive shelf registration at $10/share which is not dilutive. I believe it will help to raise money for whatever the company needs to spend on and also it will allow the institutions to invest at $10/share. I don't believe the institutions who buy these shares are going for the short term profit. Historically, for the past three decades, I have seen the institutional return in small cap been between 300% to 5000%. With the BVI(blood volume indicator) on FDA radar and formation of a new division( employment of new VP and sales force), I think we are looking at a brighter future. I won't forget George Rathmann (Amgen founder)who was looking for investors at $0.25-$0.50 per share for Amgen and Cialis decades ago. He also possessed the above three qualities of Good thoughts,Good words and Good deeds. Best wishes for all
