Have seen this many times before...we're in for a jump here soon...I've put my money where my mouth is...up to the rest of ya now LOL...did this last year and bought a new van from my personal proceeds...thinkin' this year a hot tube and possibly a pool/deck addition to the home here LOL...GO AXXA!!! Lookin' at probably about (short term in my opinion) .17 give or take .03 either way...just my opinion is all...there's a storm a' brewin here folks...at least in my opinion...
