Shortly.
When I saw that, my initial guess - based on my understanding of the word "shortly" - was that we would be trading again within minutes/hours. Now it appears "shortly" was meant to mean - it will happen some day, we just don't know when. I have never seen the only options be "shortly" or "never". I guess in this case "shortly" is better than "never", although it sure sucks for NASDAQ to have confiscated my money. Hopefully I have access to it "shortly" instead of "never".

although another use of "shortly" (according to urban dictionary) is commonly used for "I might get back to you some time, but don't hold your breath".

I suppose that's the intended use in our case. At what point do we start getting nervous? Another week? If we're still not trading by earnings? Months? Why is this acceptable? Has NASDAQ ever been successfully sued for something like this? Is this because shorts needed some love too?

Thanks. It takes a Village!
