The cost will flow through to the customers when there are no boats they can hire without paying it. Tidewater/Gulfmark, or anybody else will incur these cost as well.

HOS is already accounting for the re-activation. Go read prior conference calls.

Like I asked earlier, you think offshore will never recover? If so, you have a point. If not, HOS will be profitable again...well before 2050.
