I just watched the video...thinking aloud....
What made Will want a merger with NNRX being the Parent company, if NNRX was valueless and easily replicated?
I don't have a clear sense that we have heard everything on this story.
I do like Will righteously apologizing to those who invested and lost everything because of the merger news on 1/22/19.
But if he so clumsily jumped into a merger without DD on NNRX, he is directly responsible for those investor loses.
Now he's clear eyed and lawyered up.
My question 1st, is does he owe $500,000 to a FL LLC after failing to meet specifications on a product delivery due date? This was posted a few days ago. Why hasn't he cleared this up with us in this video?
He needs to have "clean hands" before he asks the courts to help him against someone else.
I invested in $NNRX before this merger, and so am very skeptical of all this drama, as I do not believe I have gotten the full picture yet; and am very saddened to see $NNRX Longs getting out at this point in time.
One thing does concern me and that is the Video statement by Will that NNRX released publicly that the "merger was completed". That would be a FINRA inquiry. I hope NNRX comes out with a response to this accusation.
