Dear Shareholders,

Updates have begun to appear on otcmarkets.com as we previously stated. 1. The Authorized Share reduction from 13.5 Billion to 5 Billion is now being reflected. This was included in Article 7 of the Wyoming SOS registration.

Mr. James McCallister was appointed through unanimous vote; by the Majority Shareholders, as the new CEO and President of $BBDA, he is not the registered agent. The RA is Mr. Harvey at Registered Agents, Inc. which serves as the local address for the business and mail fwding.

We sincerely hope this answers all of the questions brought to us recently, and look forward to sharing more information with all of you as it becomes available. Thank you! $BBDA

VERY POWERFUL VALIDATIONS offered by BBDA via twitter and Madison stock TA

FOR THOSE WHO FAILED TO CALL WYOMING or reach out to the TA and to OTCMarkets and just trusted what a person wrote on a message board that it was fake- it’s a shame. The company even went out of there way to provide certain key control document numbers as noted below / to prove they are the egos and rightful ownership and management. They went to great lengths to provide shareholders with some reassurance even though things take time with OTCmakrets. SEE THEIR POSTS BELOW/ I could only cut and paste.

Management has authorized Madison Stock Transfer to update the share structure on OTC Markets. We were informed that this typically takes 1 to 2 days. We have also sent emails to our OTC Markets contacts to update our profile to address the new CEO. Thanks! $BBDA

Shareholders will be able to verify the accuracy of our statements through verification with Michael at Madison Stock Transfer, the company's TA. The share structure will be updated on their end shortly.
