the recent volume got my attention..after some DD , I have learned that this company has a history of , unfulfilled promises , and pie in the sky PR..it all sounds good , but i am from Missouri.. show me the proof and the $$,,i find it irresponsible for Mr. MAX , to tease his shareholders , with dangling a carrot , re a major mobile carrier.....if he really has something , then he should do a joint press release with them ..there has been massive dilution in this company , and there is still massive debt..Mr Max , needs to address this , before , he dangles any more carrots..they have billions of shares , He needs to write out how many zeros there are in billions..it takes a pretty big optimist , to think , the stock leaves the subbies camp , without addressing the real issues.. with that said , i am cautiously a very SMALL long , but I am still in dubious mode ..volume attracted me , now lets see , if the fundamentals will validate the price action
