I was looking to buy at the 50 day but it broke so I backed off.
Falcon deal was All stock it's possible it was negotiated higher or lower
which could be a factor? Until we see the details of that deal its hard to tell.

Float is very small MM's can take it up or down easily. Buying more soon. It could go up
dollars in 1 session if deals are right make sense. Market doesn't know how to value the last deal.
Details were vague.
