BBDA CEO involved in recent/active SEC litigation.

I've heard he is in prison too.

Kind of hard to do a legal change of control in either of those situations.

I contacted all the SEC people involved in the BBDA SEC investigation.

I'm 99% sure BBDA and LEAS were illegal hijackings involved forged documents provided to the transfer agents for both Issuers.

Too much front loading and making new twitter accounts to basically run both Issuers as pump & dumps just makes it too obvious.

In my opinion, this won't end well for the people involved if the SEC start asking questions.
