The statement you are replying to is ludicrous. The AS has not been raised and it's maxed so where would these shares appear from. On top of that the settlement CMGO just received from the Hudson Gray lawsuit will be way more than this small one.

To answer your question the AS could be raised but we would see that on Nevada SOS.

There have been no changes to the AS it is still 450 million.
