Not bashing, but trying to learn and understand.

If what u r saying is true (IF), would this be a way to also by-pass the shareholder voting process? I understand the cost savings, but would this give Orie and the Board to make decisions without getting input from the rest of the shareholders?

For sure, this would allow the Board to make quick decisions and move significantly faster.

Again, not bashing.
