I would suspect that if there is a criminal, greedy fuck in the company that individual is keeping the stock in the pink to avoid any reporting or regulation.

There's something very shady going on in the Health Discovery Corporation's management that is deliberately keeping the stock price down, when it should be up, after all these years. Either that or the company is being extorted by organized criminals.

I'm requesting that a criminal investigation be launched to determine who the criminal in the company is. There's something really fucked up going on with this company. I suspect very serious foul play. Somebody is going to be brought to justice. This is bullshit.
