I'd like to know what happened to what once use to be one of the most important rights a person has no matter who they are and that is the right to lawyer client confidentiality?
If I understood that right there was severe penalties for a lawyer leaking info and one would think that info couldn't be used in any way.
Am I wrong?
Is this another case of the law only applies when it fits ones agenda?
