Just throwing this out there. After reading the letter, I find it hard to believe there would be that many grammatical errors within it.
Ex: "As you are aware we our corporations have been in merger negotiations since a letter of intent with attached addendums was signed on December 21st, 2018"
"we our..."
"I was I was..." paragraph 2
Numerous other throughout. Does it mean something? I don't know, but it seems very unprofessional. My 2 cents:)
