The investigation is obviously continuing, because the SEC sued CHIT and the other 2 companies, along with Johnson, in December for refusing to comply with their investigative subpoenas.

The process is still in the early stages here. Unless Johnson and the other players continue to obstruct the investigation, I doubt you will see anything more from the SEC for a couple years.

But these were very obvious scams. That has not changed. The SEC and/or the DOJ will take care of them in due time.
