It was a great move by the CEO to save the details of the new company acquisition until next week, so the announcement of no additional dilution can be made at the same time.

The dilution has obviously pushed the PPS down. The market is waiting for confirmation that dilution has ended to correct the PPS upward to a reasonable level that reflects the value of all the current revenue streams.
