I was late getting here today because another stock I was holding 500 shares in announced a reverse merger with a private company. As usual, it appears I sold too early with only a 70% instead of 150% profit. We've discussed RM's in CYTR's situation with NC or another SOON company. Here's how the one works with the company I had shares in. Pretty complicated and I didn't really want to go through all of that at the moment. I'll just take my small profit and put it into CYTR as our deal should actually be better if SK/SOON are fair about it. I just hope it's a straight BO and not a RM. RM don't seem as lucrative for SH's as a BO. But basically hope for something that can get us AT LEAST $6/shr!
