May be yes or no ,they are all forward looking statements !!!! the time will prove many things and i am sure from one thing that the CEO is very active to move forward at any cost ( he isn't dead CEO ) , you have to know building real business is not easy . So hopefully the TTB approval process move smoothly ( always governments paper work take times for many reasons from missing information to personal stuff vacations and sickness to department overload etc ,) . for us we have to wait until then , again every one is free to sell or to buy and any trade is a risk ,but IMO shortly we will hear good real news's
