Who are these folks? Let me clear it up. How does a filing for the purchase of restricted shares purchased from a convertible note holder have any bearing on the open market. It does not. Private transaction. As pointed out these shares have a legend attached to them that can ONLY be lifted by the clearing agent before they are eligible for sale in the open market. If the filing was held up by the clearing agent that’s on them. It happens. But to suggest the buy of CV from a 3rd party influenced public opinion there is no traction there. Also, if the 15mm shares were purchased in the open market the price would have been 5x higher for the public buyer. Another fact is CCTI, it’s management and insiders SOLD ZERO shares during that time.
