Folks this is a sub-penny stock of course you must know it's more common to have debt then not have debt. lol. If a company is worth it then it doesn't matter if it's 1 million or 10 million dollars in debt. When a larger and more sound company comes along and sees the potential and plans on a buy out they could care less. $10 million to these companies are like reaching in our pockets and pulling out lunch money. I truely believe that this company will soon be owned by a larger company or they will merge. Good Luck All!!!!!
