We were scammed. Hopefully we will have the last laugh. I have a feeling Biophan sold all their shares on the opened market last year. The volume picked up and we went from .0001 to .0008. I flipped enough shares to wash my loss i was holding from 2005 time frame. I think that is when Joe A. started buying shares to get enough to contest ownership.

IMO Biophan ex employees doesn't own enough of the company. I'm guessing enough time went by that all business is fully dissolved. Unless the shareholders stop Joe A from taking over I don't think there is much that can stop him. It should be interesting as this plays out in a few short weeks. I'm hoping the week of 3/18 there will be lots of people buying lottery tickets just in case... I think this might work out better than 20% of a scam worth nothing.
