Amen to #10. My office is in Bahrain and the construction market here is on fire. Waiting lists for new buildings (and the King dont like to wait). The irony is - with as much sand that is here - its too fine to be used to make concrete (which everything here is made of) so rock on there with the supply imports. Sulja bros! NE way - thanks to all the previous for the insights - I feel better in the short term for the long term if that makes sense. O screw making sense - lets just make money.
