No info on the person going after the custodianship... but the share structure seems tight==
In 2014 it was 500 M AS with 500 M OS, with QEST Corporation owning
431,640,352 shares due to the change in control - now that leaves 68 Mil shares in the float..
A reverse split took place to put it at 50 M AS... which would leave the float at 6.8 mil... so very tiny share structure play here
