No there is a press release from 2009 that states we received 3 million shares of a private company for all patents and assets. We got nothing.

John L. is ceo of some new company now that deals with medical device coatings.

This is a abandoned shell with 0 value. There will not be a fight.
IMO 11 days from now Joe will take over this shell and it will be used to take a new company public. that is the only value here. The tight share structure will drive the price way up 236m shares is very low if it is used to take a large company public.
