It means things are getting ready for the ETF. They had until the end of March to file their ADV but it looks like they want to get all the paperwork out of the way now for updates.

What intrigues me is that they do not have to provide the Brochure with their ADV because they are exempt!! These guys are very, veryyyy tight lipped.

I expect an update of the LOI with ProcureAM very soon in the form of an 8-K to make it an official partnership with LFAP.

The clock is ticking....
