if pv plans on filing with edgar, he needs to file the 05-06 year, and successive quarters through the end of october 06. there would be no point in getting current only to move to the otc and immediately be delinquent. sljb MUST file their most recent quarterly by wednesday midnight in order to uplist and be compliant. otherwise there is no point in the audit.

while he promised only audited financials for 05-06 posted on the website by wednesday, i strongly suspect that they will post everything since then with a simultaneous edgar filing and form 10 to uplist to the otc. if that happens, we should have a very nice week.
