Now let's say -- FOR EXAMPLE, BASED ON THE ARTICLE IN THE LINK ABOVE -- that Intel offered a settlement "that validates Health Discovery Corporation's SVM-RFE Patent and value."

And Let's say that Intel offered $300,000,000 (FOR EXAMPLE) then by that figure added to the Health Discovery Corps current MC = $324,000,000.

At current close of .09 x 271,000,000 Shares Outstanding = approximately $1.17/share @ new MC of $324,000,000.

How? $324,000,000/$24,000,000 = 12.96. 12.96 x .09 = $1.17/Shr.

This is just a rough ball park. But it would have similar effect on PPS. That's my opinion on theoretical figures. It is quite possible that a settlement could work out similarly -- with different ##########s.
