No, it's not improper to ask. I just don't have a Crystal Ball. And as it is right now I don't even think Health Discovery Corporation can answer that. Not to mention it is confidential and illegal to disclose that privately -- violating the inside information rule. It has to be public news through a PR.

But I will give you my opinion, since you asked -- minimum of six months or maybe in between. But based on Intel's prolonging stretch of the Patent case it could be longer. But an out of court settlement could be in the works, right now. But my best guess is about four to six months minimum. My suggestion from an old acquaintance is, "expect the worst and hope for the best."
